Cancellations regarding COVID, if cancelled within less than 24 hours you will be charged at 50% of the service booked in.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered as a “no – show” and you will be charged for the full amount of the service.
Please note that once you have booked a appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to pay the fee in full for the service booked in. Please provide a cancellation notice at least over 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do need to cancel please leave a voicemail on the salon answerphone 01223 262310, we will
pick it up once in the salon, alternatively you can email; firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do contact us on facebook and Instagram it is very likely this will not get picked up on time so please keep that in mind.
BOOKING / HOLDING FEE
Any appointments over the cost of £50 we require a 50% booking fee, this will be redeemable if the appointment needs to be changed with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to give 48 hours notice the fee will not be redeemable, due to the amount of hours we would have put aside for this
We will also take a 50% booking fee on all new clients, this is to protect our time as our time is precious.
